The Manager
The appointed Investment Manager for the Company, APC Spatium Investment Management Pty Ltd, is comprised of an award-winning funds management firm and a cohort of seasoned mining, engineering, and banking specialists strategically located across the globe.
The Company’s investment portfolio is managed by Jesse Moors and Nicholas Quinn who already operate two unlisted funds with successful track records stretching back for more than seven years under the broader Spatium Capital group. The first is the Spatium Small Companies Fund (a long-only Australian Small Companies Equity Fund) and the second is the Spatium x IIF Agricultural Production Fund (a private assets fund investing in agricultural production on a diversified basis across Australia, New Zealand and shortly, Canada).
Spatium Capital has received multiple accolades in funds management, including nominations for Money Management’s Fund Manager of the Year in 2023, 2024 (winning gold), and 2025. The firm was also named Business News Australia’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finance Winner in 2024.
All up, the Firm has traded more than A$600 million of equities and private assets, showcasing its operational, managerial, and regulatory prowess to manage the investment portfolio on behalf of APC Spatium Investment Management.

Jesse Moors
Portfolio Manager
Jesse is the co-founder and portfolio manager of Spatium Capital, a quantitative investment management firm established in 2018. Since inception, he has led the firm’s expansion into international capital markets through strategic partnerships and syndication opportunities.
Jesse has also been involved in economic development initiatives across Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Timor-Leste, and the Solomon Islands, and has established cross-border partnerships with Singaporean wealth management firms.
With more than 13 years’ experience in accounting, finance, portfolio construction, and investment strategy, Jesse brings deep expertise in business development, economic analysis, and strategic project execution to APC Spatium Investment Management Pty Ltd.

Nicholas Quinn
Portfolio Manager
Nicholas is a co-founder and portfolio manager at Spatium Capital, where he has overseen trading of more than A$600 million in listed equities and private assets.
He brings extensive expertise in structuring, deal advisory, and international debt to APC Spatium Investment Management Pty Ltd, backed by more than 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, portfolio construction, and investment management.
Nicholas has also worked with Tier-1 Australian and New Zealand mining operators and in the Transfer Pricing division at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

As the founding partner of Turnbull Doyle Resources and former business partner of previous Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, Alan brings 40+ years of geological and financing skills to APC Spatium Investment Management Pty Ltd. Alan has both led and been involved in numerous projects ranging from early-stage through to producing mining projects, most notably he successful led the listing of International Ferro Metals (IFL:LSE:IFL) in 2002, a major ferrochrome asset, which reached above AU$1bn in market cap before being acquired and privatised by a South African conglomerate. Alan is a founding partner of APC.
Chad Lewis

With over 15+ years in financial markets, Chad is a former executive at Macquarie Group where he was responsible for the distribution of Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Structured Products to institutional and family office clients across the Oceania, Asian, European and US markets. Chad brings skills in derivatives and commodity trading whilst also being well versed in deal flow origination in the core geographies in which the Company focuses.
Dr José (Zeca) Márcio Paixao
Senior Geological and Metallurgical Adviser
A 30+ year veteran in industrial and commercial mining operations, Dr Zeca is PhD qualified in Metallurgy and resides in one of the Company’s key jurisdictions for royalty-related assets, Brazil. Dr Zeca brings crucial technical competencies to compliment the Investment Manager’s due diligence process whilst also supporting any ‘on-the-ground’ matters that can often arise when transacting in mining-based assets.
Gautam Varma
Senior Commodities Trader and Partnership Expert
With an MBA from INSEAD and a senior career that spans BHP, Iluka Resources and Xstrata, Gautam is a seasoned resources strategist and partnership specialist. Gautam’s experience provides the Investment Manager with an invaluable insight into the offtake trading environment of commodities in which the Company expresses interest, as well as visibility to the shifts in geopolitical appetite.
Alex Lang
Senior Technical Adviser
Alex has 15+ years experience as an engineering and finance professional in global mining and oil and gas projects across 5 continents of the globe. His international exposure as a site specialist and superintendent provides fundamental operational excellence to the Company’s disposal as well as ‘on-the-ground’ first hand understanding of core metallurgy transactions in key jurisdictions.
Duncan is the founder and Director of Hardie Pacific which had early success with property development in New Zealand before expanding into Australia during 1986, from which Goodman Hardie Limited (now known as the Goodman Group, GMG:ASX:GMG) evolved into a global player in industrial property. Complimentary to Duncan’s success in industrial property is his exploration in New Zealand’s South Island with his first gold claim registered in 1974 and during the past 50 plus years has had offices and exploration ventures in three Australian States, PNG, the Solomons Islands, Vanuatu, South Korea, Peru and other Pacific nations. Alongside his expertly resourced geological teams, current main minerals of interest are monazite, copper, magnesium and gold. Duncan’s tenure in business and mining provides the Company with a complimentary support network of technical and geological experts in other jurisdictions and major offtake hubs. Duncan is a shareholder in the Company.
James Sinton Spence
Adviser
Sinton is a Chartered Accountant and principal of the largest independent practise in Papua New Guinea. He has been a director of formerly ASX listed companies; Islands Hotels, Crater Gold, Sierra Mining (now RTG) and is currently Chairman of TSX listed Adyton Resources (TSXV:ADY). He is a director and major shareholder of Mahogany Capital a boutique finance company in Papua New Guinea. He was awarded an MBE by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth for services to the Papua New Guinea community and commerce. Sinton’s vast experience and deep networks in capital markets provide the Company with a professional avenue to profile and ongoing liquidity. Sinton is a shareholder in the Company.
