As legal counsel to Spatium Capital (the Firm), Steinepreis Paganin advised in the construction and development of the Spatium Small Companies Fund Trust Deed and continue to provide support to the Firm where required.

As trustee of the Spatium Small Companies Fund (the Fund), Vasco assisted in the establishment of the Fund, executed the Trust Deed, entered into the relevant investment management and service provider agreements, and approved and issued the Information Memorandum for the Fund. Vasco also provide incidental custody services to the Fund as the custodian of the Fund’s assets including the bank account.

As fund administration manager of the Spatium Small Companies Fund (the Fund), Vasco Fund Services Pty Ltd provides the day-to-day administration of the Fund including processing of applications, payment of distributions, fund accounting, and client service.

D H Flinders holds an Australian Financial Services Licensing (AFSL) and has provided M&Q Capital Pty Ltd, the Investment Manager of the Spatium Small Companies Fund (the Fund) with a limited authorisation to provide financial services in respect of the Fund, to wholesale clients.
