Established in October 1997, Steinepreis Paganin is an independent law firm offering clients specialised and comprehensive advice on a range of equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial, and financial services matters. As legal counsel to Spatium Capital (the Firm), Steinepreis Paganin advised in the construction and development of the Spatium Small Companies Fund Trust Deed and continue to provide support to the Firm where required.

True Oak provides AFS Licence for Hire and Trustee for Hire services to independently owned, boutique funds management firms.

 

As trustee of the Spatium Small Companies Fund, True Oak is responsible for ensuring that the Fund is being managed in accordance with the Trust Deed and Australian Financial Services law. The Trustee is also responsible for entering into the relevant investment management and service provider agreements and approving and issuing the Information Memorandum for the Fund. 

 

True Oak holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and has provided M&Q Capital Pty Ltd, the Investment Manager of the Fund with a limited authorisation to provide financial services in respect of the Fund, to wholesale clients.
