SPATIUM x IIF AGRICULTURAL
PRODUCTION
The Spatium x IIF Agricultural Production Fund (SIAPF) is an unregistered managed investment scheme in the form of an Australian unit trust. The SIAPF is available to persons who, if they reside in Australia, are a Wholesale Client as defined in section 761G and 761GA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), or, if they reside in New Zealand, are an Eligible or Wholesale Investor as defined in Schedule 1, clause 3 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (NZ) or, if they reside in Singapore, are an Accredited Investor or certain other persons prescribed under section 305 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (Singapore).

Minimal cash weighting, deploying regularly into Agricultural Production assets
De-risking the portfolio through asset, geography, farmer and duration diversification
Closely vetted farmers and deals to maximise investor returns
Equity-style investing into the farmers' production of Agricultural assets
